Golden Valley Residential Project
A residential project in Taichung, Taiwan situated in the heart of suburban with combined space of 36000 sq ft. The project is a combination of 16 row houses and a 10 stories apartment complex. Developed by YONGQIANG Construction & Development Co., Ltd and designed by Sam Wang in 2021. The project uses multiple large openings of the window to bring natural sunlight to the interior. Minimalistic architecture design with aluminum channel, white advanced architectural coatings and precise concrete form work creates simplicity and harmony to the surrounding environment. Geometric shapes and clean gestures enhanced the materiality within the simple selection of materials.
